So, I didn't get a post up this week for everyone to post their workouts, but I have had a really good week as far as dieting and exercise! I think I have finally lost another 2 pounds, but I'm afraid to celebrate yet. My official weigh in day is always Saturday morning and I get so mad when my weight goes back up on Saturday!!!! This week I am aiming for 18 miles walking or running this week and I'm already up to 16.5. I hope I have finally figured out the right amount of exercise and calories to lose some weight.
Feel free to post your workouts and comments. I hope you are having a great week!

well it was a slow week for your "one sweaty brother" last week. Just two miles with Leslie. But Syl and I returned to Winton last Wed. Im going to have to nickel and dime the W.W. trail because I was so badly winded at the 1/10 mark that I was scared to continue. I turned around and went back while Syl soldiered on and completed her lap. If I have to get around that trail 2/10ths at a time, so be it.
The name of my game this week is CONSISTANCY. 5 miles with Leslie. 8/10 at W.W.
I've had some trouble this week too, at least with working out. Today Jeremie and I speed walked from coaster to coaster at K.I. to earn points. The total for the day was almost an hour and 15 minutes. I was kind of shocked.
I did really good the past two weeks keeping to my goal of doing some kind of exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes. This week, my schedule got really crazy so I didn't get to exercise everyday. I am still keeping pretty much to my diet, although I splurged last weekend to celebrate my birthday. Today I thought about going back to Winton Woods, but was too lazy to get out of bed until 9am. I was worried it would be too hot/humid by the time I got over there so decided to walk on the treadmill. Let me just say, "I AM AWESOME!!!" I decided I wanted to walk for an hour. It has been several months since I have done this and even then, I didn't do it that often. When I got to 30 minutes, I wasn't sure I could continue, but kept moving my feet. By 45 minutes the endorphins kicked in and I felt so great. I ended up walking for 66 minutes at a distance of 2.7 miles. For me that is huge. Can't wait to do it again. My average walking speed is 2.5 mph and I want to work on increasing it as well as putting in more distance. I am so thankful for my strong, healthy body.
Oh my sweaty brother and sisters!!! I am so proud of you!!! I know that this week came with some challenges, but never fear! We still did some great things!
Eric!!!! Awsome job, Bro! I am so excited and proud of your 1/5th of a mile walk! That is amazing! Don't get discouraged with how difficult it was. It will take time to teach your body what it takes to walk farther with your amazing leg of steel! Keep it up!!!
Cassie! Love the speed walking from coaster to coaster. Great plan! And the paths between rides are pretty smooth at KI. Way to go!!!
Sylvia!!!!! Can I just agree with you?----- YOU ARE AWESOME!!! What a great thing you have done. Over the course of this year you have made amazing changes to your body. I am thrilled with your "more than an hour" workout! Congrats!
